Outdoors, guests can enjoy a generous dining area, BBQ/plancha, jacuzzi, and sauna on a broad wooden deck — all nestled within a sunny, south-facing enclosed garden with stunning views of Mont Blanc.
The property also offers private parking for up to three cars and an EV charging point.
Inside, the ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with a fireplace, as well as a separate TV room equipped with a 75" screen and a Sonos sound system. The TV room can also be converted into an additional bedroom with a sofa bed.
On the upper floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms await — two with direct access to a terrace offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc.
The lower level features a dedicated laundry room, a spacious games room with an English pool table, a TV corner with a sofa bed for children, and a gym/yoga area — perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
